Residential Bedbug Control

Bed bugs are a small brown insect that gets their nutrients from the blood of humans or animals. Over a lifetime, females have the potential to lay hundreds of eggs. Each egg has five stages of growth and requires a blood meal before shedding its skin and developing to the next stage of its life cycle. Bed bugs are not known to cause disease but will leave you itching.

As we cannot spray a pesticide on to the mattress, it is recommended that all sheets and linen are washed on a hot wash as bed bugs cannot survive in temperatures above 46 degrees Celsius, we also recommend that the bed mattress be replaced or professionally steamed cleaned. As part of our residential pest control, our technicians would apply a blanket spray on the carpets and a pin stripe spray in all cracks and crevasses around the room. It is recommended the treatment be done on the day the bed is removed or steam cleaned to prevent the critters from falling off onto the carpet and making their way to the new bed.

Commercial Bedbug Control

Bed bugs are a major problem within the hospitality industry. Bed bugs are not a sign of poor sanitation they can affect any hotel. These tiny wingless bugs can move easily from hotel to hotel hitching a ride in any clothing or luggage and move easily from room to room.
